As part of a Primary Health Organisation (PHO), Epsom Medical Centre is able to offer Government-subsidised consultation fees for patients who are enrolled with us.

GP Consultation (Include Face-to-Face/ Video/Telephone and ACC consults)
The below fees apply to a standard 10-15-minute consultation and allow enough time for one issue only. Consultations exceeding this time or requiring more complex services will be charged as a double consultation.

First Appointment Fees
Your initial 30-45 minute visit includes a 15-minute health assessment with a nurse, followed by a 15–30-minute consultation with a doctor.
During this first appointment we cover:
- A comprehensive review of your medical records
- Set up reminders for immunisations and screenings
- Complete enrolment tasks to ensure a smooth transition to our medical centre.

Repeat Prescriptions
Prescriptions are only sent to your pharmacy. They are not available for collection.
